certified as a personal trainer by ACE (the
American Council on Exercise), and P.F.I.T. in
association with the American College of Integrative Medicine.
She is also certified by the IFPA as a Golf
Conditioning Specialist,.as a Pilates Mat
instructor by Powerhouse Pilates, and certified by the
International Fitness Professionals Association
(IFPA) as a Sports Conditioning
Specialist. Ellen is also a member of Aquatic
Exercise Association (AEA).
